When we decide itโs time to step up to the plate and shift our self sabotaging behaviors, the mind will fabricate all sorts of self doubt, anxiety, and confusion. The reason being itโs behaviors are constructed from habits. In other words it has a difficult time grasping new ideas because it is filtering them through old paradigms. โฃ

For example, if you regularly drink to cope with stress, and you decide to find a new coping method because of alcoholโs harms to your health and wellbeing, then you need to power through all of the little voices in your head that that try to maintain the old routine. Or if you prefer to use food for comfort the same applies. Justโฆ ignore that self sabotaging voice and remember that you set your higher goals at a threshold moment. A moment when everything was clear to you what you truly desire out of life. โฃ
